I got hired after one phone call due to past experiences. I was required to obtain my RBT certification within 3 months of onboarding in order to receive the bonus pay.

Interview process went well. It was a quick 15-30 minute zoom call. We went over job responsibilities and previous work experience. We highlighted how previous work experience can tie into being an RBT and I was hired on the spot.

Overall it was easy and took about 2 weeks. One by phone and one by Zoom. Two people on the conference call. You must send verification of high school diploma and car insurance information.
