Really positive interview process. The internal recruiter were very responsive, communicative and helpful as well as being warm and friendly throughout the process which was a great first impression. A member of the team I was interviewing for also took time of out their day to answer any questions I had about the team and culture which was a nice touch. The questions ranged from top-line experience, scenario-based (where they push you quite hard)! to more 'getting to know you' questions, asking about what I like to do outside of the work and determining whether I would be a good cultural fit for the organisation. This makes sense as I understand BB has a very people focussed culture. The interview itself was challenging but good experience and I think as long as you are prepared, it's not too much to handle. The feedback was detailed and also quick between interview rounds which was appreciated. I would recommend this company to my friends to apply to.
