      Colloquio

      I had an initial call with a recruiter within the business, which was an informal chat and really enjoyable. Then I was asked to complete a take-home task. I did this and sent it back the next day, and then I was asked for another interview. I sent my availability to book this in, and then got an email to say the role was put on hold. Although I completely understand the ever-changing nature of a high-growth business, this was a bit of a shame considering the time I'd put into the task and to not receive a tailored email too (it was a template email).
