I saw a posting on LinkedIn and emailed in my resume. Schedules in-office interview over email. The interviewer was a little frazzled and talked a lot about the craziness of the company. I could tell they really needed organization, which is one of my skills and part of the job description. The interviewer brought in another department member and they were very honest that I was the top candidate. They talked about how they could increase my offer a little and I already felt like I started the job. I came in the next day for my first day of work.
