This position was an internship being offered through my school, so the hiring process was a little bit different. There was only one interview and it was a 30-minute standard phone call where the interviewer mostly asked me to talk more about certain experiences mentioned on my resume.
I rescinded my offer because after accepting, I discovered that I would be paid significantly less than what I was led to believe (i.e., the interviewer said "the pay is eighteen seventy" when the actual salary was $1,870 per month). I believe that the pay was intentionally misrepresented to me because the original job description included a comment that specified that pay should be asked during the interview. This coupled with the negative/mediocre Glassdoor reviews as well as all the negative customer reviews makes me believe that my interview experience with them would have been just as lacklustre as my employment experience, and that I dodged a bullet.
