I applied and the process started with a phone interview with a regional recruitment manager. This was an informal chat if anything, just to get to know me a little. Then when I passed this I then went on to meet the store manager who gave me a tour before allowing me to gain some floor experience. This involved meeting colleagues and getting a feel for bingo. This was good fun. A little tip is just to keep calm, it may seem overwhelmingly busy but you'll get the hang of working with it. I then had a quick 1 on 1 with the store manager to ensure that I enjoyed myself. If you don't enjoy it then back out at this stage, it's like marmite in that regard.

Colloquio
The interview was a simple process and the manager was very welcoming. I arrived early and got myself a glass of water, was seen promplty and the interview didn't take long to complete. Manager was welcoming and answered any questions I had.
Group Interview process and then an individual interview.
Small tour around the building and meeting with some of the other candidates and colleagues.
Group interviews had some problem solving aspects and then the individual interview was just questions about myself.
