An informal discussion with a member of the team to understand the role requirements, my skills, and a bit about the company itself. This was done via video conferencing due to the government-imposed travel restrictions. Following this informal discussion I was told that I would hear back from them within a few days, however I received no response of any kind, despite emails and calls to the recruitment department. I am under no illusions and of course understand that there were likely other candidates better suited to this role, however in a day and age of email communication, I cannot imagine why Buzz Bingo recruitment felt that it was the best course of action to completely ignore my requests for feedback. This is poor recruitment practice.
