I had a great first chat with the recruitment person, she was friendly, informative and genuinely seemed to enjoy working for ByMiles. I was offered a second interview which was conducted by 2 people, it was formal and unfriendly and they simply asked me questions from a sheet. I was then ghosted altogether, despite being fully qualified for the role. Disappointing considering how they frame Themselves as supporting mental health etc.
