Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Byline Bank
Colloquio
Very casual interview process. Challenging questions but relaxed atmosphere. I was asked a lot of questions about my background. Lots of hypothetical questions about where I see myself in the future. Interviewer was trying to gauge whether I had long-term plans of staying there.

Colloquio
A recruiter reached out to me regarding a personal banker position at Byline Bank. I would not say the interaction was particularly warm or friendly, which was off-putting. We briefly spoke about the role and my interests. I was asked the minimum salary that I wanted, and I was practically scoffed at. The next day, the recruiter reached out again to set up an interview for the position at a specific location. I arrived at the branch, and the interviewer was not there -- nor apparently informed that there was anyone for her to interview. Trying to be flexible, I commuted to the location of the interviewer. I arrived, and there was no apology -- just mention of "some miscommunication." We proceeded with the interview.
About 15min into the interview, I am informed that the position they were trying to fill was, in fact, a "float" position servicing various branches in surrounding Chicago suburbs. I was taken aback, because this was not communicated to me by the recruiter. The interviewer stated that she'd get in touch with the recruiter and give me a call back. The call back didn't happen.
I received a very informal email: subject title, "position filled;" body: please visit our website for more exciting opportunities. I couldn't be less excited by opportunities within the bank given this experience.
