Had to sit down with all three managers and tell them long time goal of working at the company an what i had to offer to the company long term

Typical nonsense questions and bragging about there numbers and how important they were. I think they hire anyone that applies. Was treated very nice at first. They don't keep the promises they make in the interview. Everyone you meet is nice and the building is nice and clean. they dont tell you they are always on employment sites because turnover is so bad. There are a few long term employees but most work less than a year. I didnt listen to people and took the job anyway. I wasnt working at the time. I have great job now.
