Applied to the company through a recruiter and was sent an interview invitation from another recruiter for a role I didn't apply for. Was a bit confusing but why not. The first interview was in video with a member of the Marketing Team in Berlin which seemed not trained for that kind of interview and explicitly confessed that she was struggling with the product she was working on. However the conversation was rather nice. I waited 4-5 business days but got no feedback from my recruiter. When I sent her a mail, I was told she wasn't working for the company any longer. So I reached out to another recruiter who told me that they were not going to keep me in the loop.
