A pessoa do RH entrou em contato via mensagem em aplicativo de celular, combinamos uma data e ela me enviou o link da conferência do zoom por e-mail. A entrevista foi feita por duas pessoas do RH. Durou aproximadamente 15 minutos, e a devolutiva foi enviada via e-mail uma semana depois da entrevista.

Me pediu para contar sobre minhas experiências profissionais e acadêmicas, perguntou qual eram meus planos profissionais, me pediu para contar sobre uma situação em que eu tive que tomar a frente para resolver um problema, e uma situação em que eu tenha dado uma solução que não foi muito boa. Como o cargo exigia nível avançado de inglês, me pediu para falar um pouco sobre como estava sendo o me dia a dia (em inglês).

The interview only have 1 stage and they will call 3 candidates at once and the session usually took less than 30 mins. After the interview was done, the recruiter gave me the result immediately and onboarding was very smooth. However, for me, i applied the position approximately 6 months ago and got the interview recently.

The atmosphere was pretty good, and they made me feel comfortable.
But noticed me content moderator is really hard.
