Phone Round The interview was one of those questions thats pretty hard but also cannot be solved during an interview unless you had seen it before. I was able to solve the question with the interviewers help using a less optimal method, and after discussion, i was also able to code the actual method, but not to the point that it runs. While i was surprised and disappointed at the choice of interview question, what i did like was that the interviewer was polite, kind and helpful. Even though he did ask a question that i dont agree tests a cadidates coding ability, his demeanor in our interactions was not condescending to the fact that i could not solve it independently.
