      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ByteDance nel mese di mag 2021

      Colloquio

      I participated in two interviews. The first was for content moderator, in which I failed the Excel test and even asking for feedback on my performance (after all, I did my best to perform their task with which I never had contact), the selector ignored my request. The other interview, this time for ad specialist, I went through two initial interviews, great by the way. The last interview was with a manager, who pointed out during the interview that I don't know how to structure my explanations. Even though he knows that my English is not fluent, and even though he knows that his English is not his first language. As the feedback on the process took a long time, I sent an email questioning the progress and soon afterwards I received the email informing that I did not pass. I thanked them for the time dedicated to me and requested that my data and resume be removed from their talent bank, since I no longer want to participate in any future Bytedance selection processes. So far, no answer.
