Communication was mostly done through WhatsApp which I didn't mind, but made it difficult to schedule interviews mostly because the time differences. Interviews were based in China time while I'm on PST

Three short interviews with onnly one of those well prepared for it. And a proposal below of the market. But overall good respect from employees and a clear communication on next steps and correct process.
