Be confident. The interviewers are very good and helpful. The interview wasn’t tough. But it depends upon people to people. It maybe tough for some and easy for others. So just be yourself and be well equipped with information about company and content moderation and TikTok

The interview only have 1 stage and they will call 3 candidates at once and the session usually took less than 30 mins. After the interview was done, the recruiter gave me the result immediately and onboarding was very smooth. However, for me, i applied the position approximately 6 months ago and got the interview recently.

20% was in English, 80% was Japanese as I remember.
The atmosphere was pretty good, and they made me feel comfortable.
But noticed me content moderator is really hard.
