I applied online through Linkedin for a different position. however, someone from HR called me to schedule an interview for a different position than the one that I applied for. Nevertheless, I asked for a position description that I never got. I had the interview with the team leader a week later. After the interview, I got a coding assignment that I was able to complete with no problem. I sent back the coding challenge, but I never got any feedback or response from Human Resources. I think it is the most unprofessional company that I have ever interviewed for. Additionally, during the interview process, some other recruiter from Byton called me to schedule another interview, but apparently, it was for the same position. I think that the company seriously needs a restructuration of its HR department.
