Had phone interview where went over all of pervious positions, also asked some preliminary "scenario" questions, believe went just OK. Was called a few days later to set up a formal one on one interview. Went in, spoke for approximately 30 minutes with manager, was asked typical questions such as "what is leadership" and "explain a situation where...", left interview confident that did well. Was called later that day with offer for employment.
