Had a phone interview with the HR, who was passionate and nice. Asked questions on database, like four basic operations on sql database, etc. Generally it was a smooth experience. Not heard back from yet.

Team exercise was a timed exercise of building a bridge for a town centennial, and explaining why the city council should pick yours.

First, there was a short phone screening that lasted about 30 minutes. This interview consisted of many behavioral questions and one (slightly) technical question. After this, final round interviews were held at a half day event where all interviewees participated in group activities and individual breakout interviews.
