30min interview with the CPO & GRC where he asks about your entire (personal) life. Feedback at the end that application would move forward.
30min interview (> 1 month after initial interview) with co-founders (and CEO e COO) where almost no specific question about the job were asked. Different concepts between what it means managing IT development teams, product manager, product owner or business solutions teams which lead to different expectations.
3rd interview with someone from Finance that did not knew anything about the position or what the person was supposed to do.
