E-mailed resume to director after seeing a position advertised in the online classifieds. Received a phone call the next day, asking if I was available to come in for an SAT exam. Two days later I arrived at the office and took the SAT exam in the same testing room that other students were using to take their practice exams. I turned the exam in to the director and left. The director called me back in less than an hour and told me my score was high enough, and then offered me the job over the phone. The interview was very short--the director asked me what my long-term goals were, and why I enjoyed teaching.
