Average behavioral questions are asked. The center director and district manager will join the interview. At the end of the interview, they will ask about your visa status and your expectations about the salary, but it's not negotiable.

The interview process includes a pre-interview screening via email, 1st in person interview with site manager, 2nd zoom interview with area director.if you make it through all 3 rounds of interviews, an offer will be made and a back ground check must be completed.
I had a phone screener with a recruiter, interview with site director, and an interview with regional manager. The screener was approximately 15 minutes long. The 2 interviews were on-site and one-on-one.

Very brief, mostly asked about availability and familiarity with Excel. Asked whether I had experience working with kids, if I was comfortable making cold calls. However I had to go through three rounds of interview and the position was part time.
