1. Online Application
• You submit your resume and cover letter through the C24 careers portal.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your application is received.
2. First Interview (Screening / Kennenlernen)
• Usually a short (≈30 min) video or phone call with HR or the hiring manager.
• Focus is on getting to know you, your background, motivations, and basic fit for the role.
• Expect questions about your experience, why you want to work at C24, and what you know about the role.
3. Second (On-Site or Extended) Interview
• Often in person at a C24 office and can last 2–3 hours with multiple interviewers.
• This deeper interview may include:
• Technical questions relevant to the role (especially for IT/Developer positions)
• Case studies or problem-solving tasks to assess analytical and communication skills
• Behavioral or situational questions about teamwork, challenges, and work style
4. Practical Assessment (Role-Dependent)
• For technical positions, there might be a coding challenge, case study, or work sample task.
• For non-technical roles, in-depth discussions about past projects, responsibilities, and role expectations may be used instead.
5. Final Decision & Offer
• After interviews and assessments, the team decides and extends an offer if there’s a mutual fit.
