The first interview was with the hiring manager, which was fairly straightforward. After that, I began a sequence of 4-5 interviews with other members of the team, but I got dropped after the first one. The interviewers were nice enough, but the recruiting team was disorganized and completely unresponsive over email.

One of the worst interview processes I've endured. I was approached by an internal recruiter and asked to provide times for interviews. I was never told about the job or interview process outside of sending a job description. Even after 4 interviews I still didn't know what the salary range was. The first 3 interviews I had no one even showed up to them or apologized for wasting my time, just got an updated meeting invite later on to reschedule. Out of the 4 interviews where people actually showed, 2 were 10 minutes late. Throughout the whole process I didn't feel like I was valued at all despite them contacting me for the role.

I was invited for the first phone screening with the hiring manager. I was ghosted. Sent an email to the recruiter at the 5 min mark, no reply. Sent another at the 15 min mark and still no response. It’s now more than 24 hours and there isn’t a single call or follow up email from the company. Very disappointing and frankly a waste of time as I had spent at least a week preparing for this.
