We are sorry that you did not feel your time was used effectively. We work very hard to recruit superlative data scientists who can operate at and advance the leading edge of AI. As you experienced, this is not a simple process; we devote considerable time and effort to candidate selection. As you know, a resume may provide a general summary of a candidate’s experience and educational background, but an assessment of a candidate’s command of the sciences and nuances of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, etc., can only be determined through in-person interviews and thorough skills assessments. Our process is both rigorous and highly selective.
