I applied online through Indeed.com , received an email few days later to have a phone conversation which led to in person interview. The interview was good and casual. After a week, I was offered the job but before responding to the manager, I had other job offers.

I had to wait for them to find someone to conduct my interview and when they finally did, the person seemed annoyed having to conduct my interview, but they were knowledgeable about the company and the different programs offered.
