2 rounds of interviews: one with two lower-level business development staff, and a second with C-suite level staff. Questions of the first interview were standardized across the organization, but the second interview was more flexible and skills/knowledge-based. The team strongly emphasized the importance of 'ambition' in working at C4ADS, which struck me as implying a bit of a cut-throat or competitive atmosphere.
