The hiring manager was gone so this creepy guy entered the room and interviewed me. After letting me present myself he asked me one question and asked me to solve a small problem on the whiteboard (by writing some code). He then presented the company and its architecture and how it could be improved. I told him a little bit about database & networks optimizations. Finally I asked him a few questions and that was it.
