Colloquio
First HR Interview (pre screening, discussion about the offer, salary and company culture ) then Direct Manager Interview (more technical ) lastly Sales Director Interview. All of this in one month to check your technical and business acumen.

Describe your last project you worked. Then assume the audience (Direct manager) is a Public Sector customer and tailor a message for that type of audience, besides demo a CA Technology of your preference.
The interview was a total of 5 calls (with the recruiter, hiring manager, future manager). The process was pretty good from what I remember - quick feedback after each interview. I connected with the managers, so that was a big deciding factor. I found most of management at CA to be awesome folks!
