There were almost 3 technical rounds and it was good. It was little difficult. The process was not fast compared to the other companies in the market. It would have been better if they would completed all the 3 rounds in 1-3 days instead of 10days.

Applied for Senior developer in PHP. They called 2 weeks later and scheduled a face to face. Panel have 2 people- Front end and back end. Went for 45 minutes. Asked some basic PHP questions, class design patterns, oops concepts. Some scenarios also. They were weird. Applicant cannot reach their expectations. They are looking for "Magento" developer and i donno magento. They were disappointed. It was a quite negative experience for me. I hope Atleast they know what they are asking and I didnt understand what they require from me.
