A couple of phone interviews with 2 senior level staff. Both asked me general questions regarding my experience and what I envisioned for my next step. I didn't quite understand if they were looking for just a numbers person or someone who knew multifamily operations well. Also, I didn't understand how involved they were actually in the development process with properties that had equity in or if they were just the money. They had a very strong student property management platform, but not so much for multifamily.
