Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso CACI (UK) (Bristol, Inghilterra) nel mese di apr 2019
Colloquio
Following a basic phone screening conversation was invited for an in-person interview (pre covid).
In person interview was scheduled for up to 1 hour. Interview started with HR explaining what the company/role is about and asking if I had any questions.
The second stage of the interview was a technical part with software engineers from the company.

The interview was a general conversation at first, asking me about my software development background.
Interview progressed into a logic question (non coding) and then finished with two easy technical coding tasks, about a leetcode easy difficulty.
Interviewers were really friendly, easy to talk to and made it comfortable to answer to the best of my ability.
The first stage is an early stage interview, that ask basic questions (i.e. Your motivation to work here, why you become a software engineer etc...)
Then the final stage was a walkthrough of my CV, then some situational questions and finally a small technical excersize
