A one step interview process.
The interview was a classic interview made of competency based questions as well as personal and CV related. No technical questions even though it can happen depending on who is interviewing. It would be basic technical questions related to companies valuations etc... The HR tries to make you feel comfortable. I would advise the candidate to check the values and what the bank is the best at and try to relate it to your CV. Talk about the green initiatives for instance.
Group interview and discussion about one recent topic on global asset allocation
Interviewee could conduct some research on the selected topic and present their ideas

Colloquio
The interview lasts for 1h, 30 min with a manager to review basic finance knowledge and the CV, and 30 min with an analysis to learn more about the internship and how I can fit the job.
