I interviewed with the two owners and one manager all in one room. They tried to intimidate me stating it wasn't just a job for playing with puppies, it was serious.

2 Phone interviews and some emails in-between. I applied thru Indeed and then contacted by email. Very professional interview. Interviewer seemed nice and very personable but did not have a lot of personal sales experience and fairly new to the company. Starts with rapport building and then asking questions about inside sales.
