Found this "job" through Craigslist. There interview process was an odd experience. When I arrived for the interview, there were many, many people waiting to be interviewed as well. I was actually schedule for an 2:00 interview, but they call me in at 2:30 (A big major red flag!). Once I got call, another person was call in as well. The interviewer was interviewing two people at the same time.
While the interviewer was friendly and polite, I got the sense that this job only cared about sales than having creativity and its employees.
Needless to say, I didn't get a call back for a second interview. And I'm glad I didn't. After looking at the other interview reviews of this company, turns out this company is basically all about door-to-door sales and very deceptive. All in the name of helping the unfortunate.

When I walked in, the lobby had music playing. The woman working the front desk was super friendly. Immediately the office felt very relaxed and fun. I sat with another person and met a higher up in the company. The interview was quick, but pleasant. I got a call later that day for a second interview. The second interview was a lot longer. I got to learn more about the company in depth. The woman I sat with was really professional.

Why this is for me:
Motivated Positive Leader with Clear Vision sets the tone & atmosphere of this busy office. I dislike sitting at a desk all day and like people a lot, so this job just “clicked” for me. Going to go for it, not for super shy people, couch potatoes or “poor loser” type people because I will hear the word, “no”, so I should do well with it. I did well with deadlines in college and volunteered for a cause where I heard, “no” so feel like I have gotten over taking that personally. I am an organizer and doer, so this sounds great. This will also work for me because:
A. Won’t have to sit in an office all day
B. Will get to meet people who are different than me
C. Will look GREAT on my resume in the future – whether I work here years or six months
D. Will prove that I have a great work ethic – to myself and other family
E. Confidence building – will help to improve communication & leadership skills
F. Early opportunity for leadership position – the part that looks great on a resume!
G. Not boring – Looks to be a fun, smart group of people
H. Work with an end cause I feel great about & is a recognized brand
I. Invited me to a team night after work event
The parts I am concerned about:
The summer heat! Will def need to use my neck cooler or cooling towel in a gallon zip lock with ice.
