The interview process was ok. First interview was just a get to know you interview with another person. The second "interview" is where they have you walking door to door basically asking for money to help with whatever charity they are sponsoring at the time. We walked door to door for at least 8 hours. It was not what I expected at all.

Video interview, very interactive and fun, there were pre recorded questions and you record your answers to each interview question, the questions were very in depth but also some were light hearted and fun. all in all a good experience.
