Smooth streamline, regular questions about soft skills. Some questions are directed toward subject-specific but at the very basic level. questions were generic in nature but tested the ability to handle situations

The interview was for 45mins and the interviewers were friendly and on time. Generally I would say the interview was fair with NIH and I was able to answer all the questions I was asked to the best of my knowledge.
