Spoke with HR representative first. Very kind and informative. I then met with Director and had a follow up interview with a 3 person team panel. Very standard interview questions relating to skills of the job and why the work is important to you.

The interview process was about 3 months. It consisted of an HR screening where they provided the questions prior to the zoom call, interview with the department Director followed by a panel interview and finally with the Department head. They took quite a while to get back to me with the final decision and didn't communicate it would take that long to make their decision.
