Applied online to 2 different positions. 4 days later received an email to schedule an interview and they were all over a week out. Zoom interview rolls around two weeks after initial application and it was an easy interview. I was asked about myself and two other situational questions. Then she told me about the position and everything it would entail. I didn’t know what to expect for the interview so I came prepared to answer many questions but it seemed the recruiter (not the hiring manager) already had her mind made up about who was going to be selected for the position. The interviewer was 2 minutes late, didn’t even apologize or share the same positive attitude as me over the video chat. I was the one asking more about the position because like I said it seemed she really tried to cut it short. She let me know within 24-48 hours I would be notified if I will proceed with moving onto the next process and she didn’t even mention the other similar position I applied for. The next day I received the “we’re going with another candidate” email. Luckily I had already received another offer from another company that day but talk about very unprofessional recruiters for this position.
