I've only had one interview worse than the one I had with Carvana. The process was over almost a two month period, with a couple of panel interviews and a test they had me take. The interviews were disorganized with people either not showing up or late. This alone made me not take them seriously. However, they proceeded to ask me analyst-based questions, when I applied for an engineering position. When I submitted the test, I specifically said in the comments that there were some sections that I didn't have knowledge of, but they responded that I lacked detail in the areas in which I didn't give an answer. Their logic is abysmal and I won't consider them for employment in the future.

The first round of phone interviews was conducted by HR. The questions were very basic and the communication was very pleasant. Looking forward to having a chance for the next round.
