The interview process consisted of two interviews. The first interview was a zoom screening with the recruiter. The second was a zoom interview with one of the hiring managers. I heard back from the recruiter about the hiring decision the same day as the second interview.

Standard interview questions utilizing STAR method. Good company, dress for business. Show up, show your ID, get issued a visitor badge. Validate parking at front desk. They ask you their questions, and then you are given a chance to ask them questions, then you leave.

Public interview in the lobby. Randomly interviewed by a Team Lead or higher up manager or senior specialist. Talk along like a normal interview with opportunity for back and forth questions. May be asked to be interviewed by a second person.
