Allgemeine Fragen zur Person, Vorstellung des Unternehmens und des Produkts was das Team entwickelt, Technische Fragen zu Java z.b. Polymorphie erklären, danach gab es noch eine Coding Aufgabe. Das Gespräch hatte eher die Form einer Prüfung, als eines Gesprächs.

Entwickeln Sie eine Methode, die in einem String prüft, ob jede offene Klammer auch geschlossen wurde. (Balanced Brackets)
First round: After some chatting with HR, was given written sheet with around 30 questions, basic Java, OOP and design patterns questions. Second round after call back: interview with leadership (incl future team lead), they focused questions on prior experience, soft skills and expectations. Overall an easy and enjoyable process.
