The first contact I got from the Cascination, was an email inviting me to perform a technical assessment through a web platform with a cold HR team signature (there was no name of the person that wrote the email - I assume it's automatic). No prior phone or video calls to present the company and the vacancy - just jump straightforward to the technical part (which is not really that technical). During the assessment, you and your screen is being recorded. +80% of the questions of the assessment have nothing to do with the job description - be prepared to solve random IQ tests, basic math problems, and answer work-related behavior situation based questions. No feedback from the company at any stage of the interview process - aka "Ghosting"
