I applied online and received an email arranging a phone interview a few days later. The interviewer was friendly and relatively responsive via email. The initial part of the process went quickly, but was slower between interview and response.

The interview included a phone call with HR, a phone interview with the department head, an in-person interview, and another phone call or two, so it was relatively extensive. But everyone i spoke and met with were extremely pleasant along the way. There was no exam type assessment, only an assessment of the type of work I would be doing here.
