Interview process was fairly easy. Interviewer looked over my resume and asked a few questions. This is a SMART CIRCLE Sales Representative Job, which I wasn't aware of until I actually started the job. The job I applied for isn't the actual job I interviewed for. They make everyone start from the bottom, which should have been stated in the job description. The job only pays $8.50/HR (CRAPPY PAY). What they don't tell you is that you have to sell DIRECTV and Cox Cable at Sam's Club or Best Buy as a job. You only receive about 3 days of training, which are an hour each. So before you start selling, you will have about 3 hours of on the job training. This job is a JOKE! Run far far away!
