Applied on the CBC website which was fast and easy. HR was friendly and the interview was a group interview. They asked behavioral and technical job knowledge, and were really great about explaining the job and the work environment when asked. Said that I would hear from them and they made sure to follow up.

I was surprised to have an interview with FOUR people, only two of whom I'd actually be working closely (the others were HR and someone in management). I was really really nervous and thought I had blown it, but the people I'd be working with were encouraging. The others were pretty straight-faced and by the book. A lot of questions like 'describe a time when..' I was very surprised when I got an offer!
