They interviewed me BEFORE they even had a position available to be filled. They contacted me an entire 3 months later stating that they finally had an opening. When I got there I was waiting a long time before they even came out. They hired me quickly, but they didn't stick to our agreement about our hours... it seems they just say what they think you want to hear to get you to accept their offer.

They asked about my existing knowledge about cannabis. (I knew a lot already from researching on my own but had some gaps.) They asked me how much I'd expect to be paid, and the correct answer is $12... or they'll start you at $11. They ask about availability and explain your hours to you but if you're part time, they don't stick to it.
