I was referred an interview by one of my friends. The HR Director e-mailed me, and set up a phone interview the next day. She was very nice and the interview went well. She said she would call back in the afternoon to set up a follow-up interview. She eventually called and set up an in-person interview with who I would be working directly with. I went for the interview. The woman who interviewed me showed up 30 minutes late. She was disorganized and made me feel awkward when she was filing through all candidate's resumes and couldn't find mine. I sent both women thank you notes and followed up and never heard a response.
