A thorough interview process with managing directors and team leaders. You are put through a round of several meetings to gage your personality and how well you may get along with a specific team and the general office. Some interviewers are more interested in your educational background, while others pay attention on how well you will work on a team.
Had multiple rounds of interviews, both technical and HR rounds. Will test you on your actual ability rather than just real estate centric stuff. Though for me the interview was very interesting and got through with the same.
1. Technical Round with someone of manager level
2. Technical Round with an associate director/ director level
3. Technical Round with a VP/ Valuations Head
4. HR Round to finalize (note: after this round there is a selection mail but the joining date is unclear until 2 days before joining you get a call/ mail)

The interview process was fairly informal. I was invited to the office and I had a meeting that lasted about 30 minutes with the manager. It felt more like a conversation/q&a session than an interview which was very nice. I was introduced to one of the team members and asked him a few questions about working there. That was about all and I received an offer about 4 days later.
