Digital interview, skype interview, then in-person interview. They made you film yourself answering a variety of questions. In person power day where you met with a bunch of the brokers and they interview you.

Describe a time when you solved a difficult problem on your own.
2 rounds- hr and team......, it was very pleasant to interview with them, very nice people loved the vibe, got an offer the difficualty was average tell me anything you want to know more
I reached out to a project director via LinkedIn and then I got an interview. Direct application through their portal dint help me to get to the interview process. Luckily the project director was very reaponsive and friendly.
